All classes are held LIVE – never recorded – and feature an interactive format to engage your patients. Questions get answered in real-time so the patient can keep tracking the class material and stay up to speed. There’s a special Q&A session at the end where I stay online for anyone needing A’s to Q’s. As opposed to passively watching recorded material, research shows people retain up to 50% of the information one month later when they actively participate and answer questions – even if they never read their notes again. I love to teach, and I share clever relatable analogies and examples of life that land and stick!
